Our clients asked us to create what would become a retreat from New York City.  Set in bucolic farmland with amazing views the existing home did not fit our clients’ lifestyle or taste.  We helped them create a sanctuary to enjoy the natural beauty of the countryside as well as a place to be with family and friends.  Extensive porches allow for outdoor dining, socializing, and contemplation.  For a family that likes to cook, a great kitchen was a must with dining space close by.

Every part of the home is used on a regular basis with interior and exterior spaces flowing naturally between each other.  Bedrooms have access to both views and outdoor decks or porches providing a direct connection to fresh air and changing vistas.  It is a home that will bring a sense of place for generations.
