Morrissey Saypol Interiors Kitchen

Morrissey Saypol Interiors, Kitchen

As part of an ongoing series, we would like to tip our hats to other professionals who make us look good.  The line is often blurred between the work of architects and interior designers.  The way we design homes, at Crisp Architects, is collaborative within the office as well as collaborative with our clients and other professionals.  Our motto is “a good idea is a good idea, no matter where it comes from”.

Our best projects often include interior designers, as well as landscape architects, and sometimes theater consultants, lighting designers, and sound engineers.  As with everything in life, advice from talented professionals can make the difference between a good project and a great one.  To that point, here are a few of our favorite interior designers and projects we were lucky enough to collaborate on.

Amy Aidinis Hirsch Interiors is an award winning firm based in Greenwich, CT doing work across the country.  Amy and her team research the history and context of each project.  In her words, “We undertake every design project as a guide and curator for our client, researching and seeking out the most innovative, vibrant treatments and finishes that will be the best possible fit for our client’s home.”  The project shown is an extensive renovation we worked together on in Rye, NY.
